The WHY behind your What, where, who, how….

I got to thinking a while ago – everyone talks about value, and values, and core values, and most people get it all mixed up. So I thought about writing an article about my view of these, having incorporated these things into a lot of the work I’ve been doing (as a coach, consultant, parent, human being who connects with others…) for the last 20+ years since the concepts of these were first fully explained to me.

That idea grew over time and when I finally started to write, I ended up with a whole book about it… I know – that’s typical of me right. But, the point is, I have developed some specific ways to ensure identifying your values vs CORE values, and needs (beyond trust, honesty, respect etc) and how they really do impact on you every day, in business, family, daily life, in all areas of our lives.

Some of what I’ve written is going to push a few buttons, and most will have you think really differently about what drives you. The why behind your what, where, who, and how you invest your time, energy and attention.

This is not just a business book, it’s not really a self help book either.

It’s a book for all people who really do want to have a better relationship with themselves, their friends, family, and colleagues.
